spaFIT offers a variety of massage types, including standard Swedish and Deep Tissue treatments, and a tailored Fusion Massage, incorporating elements from a variety of massage schools. Kayla Peterson is trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Pre-Natal, and Sports Massage. All hour-long sessions are specifically geared to the client's needs.
